These terms apply to every quote, order and delivery from PrintStore, Office # 8, 3rd Floor, Zohra Heights, Main Market Gulberg, Lahore. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Quotes & orders
Written quotes are valid for 15 days. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclude taxes. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote in writing and the agreed advance is received.
2. Artwork & proofs
Please send print-ready PDF, AI or CDR files at 300dpi in CMYK, with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined. We issue a digital proof before printing. Once a proof is approved, errors it contains are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Colour & materials
Screens display colour in RGB and presses print in CMYK. A commercially acceptable variation of up to 10% in colour density, and up to 2mm in cutting and folding, is normal.
4. Turnaround & delivery
Turnaround runs from proof approval. Free delivery within Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad on orders above Rs 15,000. Other cities ship via TCS or Leopards at actual cost.
5. Payment
Advances and balances are due as stated on the quote. Work does not start until the agreed advance clears.
6. Reprints & claims
Claims for defective work must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photos and a sample. We reprint or refund at our discretion where the fault is ours.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before proof approval. After approval, materials and press time already incurred are charged.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
