PrintStore (Zohra Heights, Main Market Gulberg, Lahore) collects only what it needs to quote, print and deliver your job. This page explains what that is, why we hold it and how to have it removed.
1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, company, email, phone number and delivery address, given when you request a quote or place an order.
- Order details — specifications, quantities, prices and delivery history.
- Artwork — the files you send us for printing.
- Website data — basic analytics such as pages viewed and approximate city, collected in aggregate.
We do not store card numbers. Online payments are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
2. How we use it
To prepare quotes, produce proofs, print and deliver orders, issue invoices, handle reprints and answer your questions. If you have ordered from us before, we may keep your ink recipe and file on record so a reprint matches your original run.
We only send marketing email if you asked for it, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
3. Your artwork & files
Your artwork belongs to you. We use it solely to produce your order. We do not sell, license or publish it, and we do not show your job in our portfolio or on social media without asking you first.
4. Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to complete your order: courier partners, specialist finishing vendors, and our accountant / payment provider. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the shop cart and optional analytics cookies. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as required by Pakistani tax law. Artwork is kept for reprints unless you ask us to delete it.
7. Your choices
Email info@printstore.com.pk to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing messages.
8. Security
Files and order data are stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we take commercially reasonable steps.
